Obedience
You will be taught how to extinguish bad behavior starting the first day and will develop a habit for
you and the dog of desirable behavior which leads to a harmonious relationship.

It is our objective to set owners up to succeed with our dog training. The majority of people that
use our services are from referrals by other clients.
Sessions are fully self-paced to fit your schedule. We would rather you take extra time if needed to
successfully master each weeks objectives. For example, you cannot teach your dog the sit stay in
week three, if you did not have time to teach them to sit in week two. You are required to work with
the dog 25 – 30 minutes per day. We teach handling techniques to the owner, which are also written
down for future reference.

By working with your dog through each of the exercises, the dog gains a great deal of respect for
you.

Each week you will receive a written step-by-step guide as a reference for practicing during the
week.

By completing the training course, you have gained a knowledge and art of techniques of
successfully training a dog. Properly training your dog, is a major step in becoming a responsible
pet owner, which is always appreciated in the community. An uncontrollable dog can be very
dangerous and is quite rude especially to those of us with trained dogs.

We start dogs as young as 2 months of age. It is much easier to train a dog when its mind is blank.
The puppy will then come into the world only knowing how to be good and obedience is just the way
of life.
Class information
CRF offers positive reinforcement training, and we ask that your puppy arrive with a plain buckle collar
(no chain or choke collars, please). Our instructors have many years of experience, and are dedicated
to promoting the best possible experience for you and your puppy. Although families are strongly
encouraged to participate, we request that the primary handler of the puppy be a parent or person

This class is designed for the older dog. This class will teach you to understand canine behavior and develop a good relationship between you and your dog

through basic commands and common sense. This respect will build a relationship that will achieve a happy, good working, reliable companion dog. You will learn
how to prevent common problems and eliminate existing ones. You will learn about basic nutrition, grooming and health. Hands on practice, demonstrations, and
