Shipping Information:
All poultry are shipped through the United States Post Office by express mail. We will send
you an email the day your birds are shipped and provide a tracking number.

Guarantees:
There is no guarantee on shipping dates. When your order has been received with your
payment enclosed, we will set it up in our hatch schedule. We will do our best to meet your
requested date but there is no guarantee. We ship Mondays through Wednesdays.
We breed for quality not quality. We are not a large facility. We strive
to breed some of the finest birds in the country by searching out and
bringing together some of the best bloodlines that we can find.
All orders must be received with full payment to be considered booked, if you talk to us
about it on the telephone or send us an email telling us what you want, it will not be
booked until we receive the payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We accept check, money order, or Paypal. If you pay by check, please remember that it
must clear the bank before we can ship your order.
If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay through Paypal with a credit or debit
card.

Ordering early is best as we are not a large facility and we can handle only so many
orders per season.

Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to charge a 25% cancellation penalty on orders that are cancelled
by the customers, for any reason.

Sexing:
Please remember that all chicks are sold as straight run only. We do not sex any of the
chicks. Since we do not sell sexed poultry, we have no control over what you receive as
far as male - female ratio. Ideally, it is supposed to be a 50-50 split, but anyone who has
been in poultry knows that it can vary from that.
